May Day: Some International Workers Sharing Their Stories on International Workers’ Day

It’s May Day, so for those of you who could actually relate… Happy International Workers’ Day on the first of May! 😀

Anyway, I know some countries celebrate Labors’ Day on some other day, but in case you don’t know… May Day is dedicated to all workers. And it’s there to celebrate laborers and working class in general.

That’s why I initiated a collaboration with some fellow bloggers who are also workers with various backgrounds. With the world that is claimed as almost ‘borderless’ nowadays, so many workers have different stories about their job.

Some have to relocate and deal with culture shock for a bit. Some have to struggle with the art of commuting. Some probably have the luxury of working remotely with some different difficulties along the way too.

So, here I present you the stories of international workers on this very International Workers’ Day!

11 Random Facts About the Countries in 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia and Some Smartass Prediction: Group A & B

Hi everyone! 😀

In case you don’t know about my obsession over football, you could first check out my previous post about the hot football players in 2000s that made me glad that I hit the puberty back in the days. But since we’re now counting down the days to the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia, I want to have a special feature for this big event.

It’s because that I started my obsession with FIFA World Cup years ago as well. I remember I got this booklet with a lot of information about football and the countries that played in the tournament.

And for exactly the same reason, I want to have a similar feature on my blog. However, since I’m the queen of the random stuff, I’ll create this feature to be as random as possible. After all, I’m the kind of person who shamelessly asked my skinhead friend how far he washed his face and whether he used shampoo or soap to wash his head.

In case now you’re wondering about the answer, the answer is that he still uses shampoo to wash his head since soap formula is not so good for the scalp that may cause unwanted dandruff.

7 Cringeworthy Tourist Attractions That I’ve Ever Visited

I think if you took some time to ask people who love traveling why they bother to leave their comfort zone and flee to some foreign place, the answer would be quite clear: for us, it’s always good to experience some place that we’ve never been before.

But then again, don’t think that all places that we’ve visited gave us some satisfaction, because sometimes you expected something too much that when you got there, you did nothing but cringe because you were just not ready for such an ugly truth.

I mean, with the technology and all, pretty much like your face with Instagram filter, some places look even greater in the pictures and when you get there, well clearly the pictures are simply overrated.

On this post, I’ve listed 7 tourist attractions that made me feel that way. You may not agree with me, so I’m open with your two cents! 😀
