As I mentioned on the previous post about how I would like to feature several travel bloggers to talk about what you could get in the city for $10, this is gonna be our first post on the feature for the collaboration and I'm excited to share with you what you could do in London with $10. 😀
There are plenty of things you could do around London, from strolling around Notting Hill to even feel the royal vibes around Westminster Palace. But what else could you do around the city, especially when you're on a budget?

$10 doesn’t equate to much in London – £7.13 to be exact.
Now, as it is an infamously expensive city, this wouldn’t be enough to buy you a pint in most clubs in London, but don’t worry, you can still have a completely unique experience and have change leftover!
Head over to trendy Hackney in East London and immerse yourself in the quirky and subversive Victor Wynd’s Museum of Curiosities for an afternoon of intrigue and whimsy.

With entry at £6 including a cup of tea, you’ll have enough change leftover for a chocolate bar on the way home. For even more of a bargain, visit on a Thursday night, when entry is just £2.50 (minus the tea).
Upstairs is a formidably stocked cocktail bar, with unique creations guaranteed to knock your socks off – you can even share a table with a real Instagram-worthy taxidermy lion wearing a fez hat. Downstairs, the museum beckons you to cross the threshold into an adventure spanning all corners and time-periods of the world.
From shrunken heads to taxidermy, to art created from dead insects, this is not your typical museum experience.
The walls are packed from floor to ceiling with unique, fanciful and sometimes downright pointless exhibits, blurring the line between intrigue and normality and creating an encounter you won’t forget in a hurry.
The museum also holds themed events such as a reptile petting zoo, talks and discussions, and taxidermy classes (although these do cost more than the entry fee) – you can find out more on their website; http://www.thelasttuesdaysociety.org/.

I’ve never been here before but I would love to – it looks so cool. Although most of the museums in London are free, but $10 doesn’t go very far in the UK. BUT, in reply to Kemi.. Greggs does still exist.
I lived in London and boy, $10 doesn’t go anywhere at all. Lol. Just indulge in a cornish pasty from Gregg’s (I miss that place. Does it still exist??) and buy a cheap cuppa, if that’s still cheap.
