As my blog grows, I only accept paid collaborations on my website. I accept several types of collaborations, including:

Guest Post Terms & Conditions (2026)

Due to the high demand for guest posts on my blog, I currently do not accept free submissions. However, I accept paid guest posts, starting at $65 USD per post (includes one dofollow link). Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding:

General Terms

  • Minimum word count: 700 words.
  • Inclusions: The base rate includes 1 dofollow link. Each additional dofollow link is $25 USD.
  • Edits & Additions: I reserve the right to edit the draft and may add internal or affiliate links.
  • Public Preview: The public preview link will show the unoptimized version of your draft (text only).
    • Image optimization, formatting, and Pinterest graphics will be completed after full payment is received.
  • Change Requests: Any change requests after publication will not be accepted unless stated otherwise in the initial collaboration agreement.
  • Turnaround Time: Up to 2 business days after receiving your draft, I’ll send the public preview link and an invoice via Zoho.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $15 USD is required to start the process.
  • Alternatively, full upfront payment is also welcomed if you prefer to skip the deposit stage.
  • The final invoice will be issued once the public preview link is ready (for deposit-based payments).
  • Payment due: within 7 days of invoice issuance. The post will not be published until full payment is received.
  • After 7 days of non-payment, the draft will be removed. A $10 restoration fee applies if you wish to continue the process. Non-responsive clients will be blacklisted.
  • Preferred payment method: Wise (PayPal payments incur a 5% transaction fee).

Publishing Timeline

  • Once payment is received in full, your post will be fully optimized (with images, formatting, and up to 2 Pinterest graphics) and published within max. 3 business day.
  • The live URL will be provided after publication.

Additional Notes

  • Posts may not be disclosed as sponsored/guest content and will appear under The BeauTraveler team.
  • I reserve the right to remove the link if your website becomes inactive or violates any applicable content guidelines.

We accept sponsored posts as long as your product or service is relevant to my blog topics. Depending on the content requirements and turnaround, rates start at $175 USD per post. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding:

General Terms

  • Inclusions: The base rate includes 1 dofollow link. Each additional dofollow link is $25 USD.
  • Link Policy: The sponsored link will initially be set as nofollow. It will be changed to dofollow within 1 business day after full payment is received.
  • Content Creation: You will provide the anchor text and target URL, and I will write a minimum of 1,000 words for the post.
  • Turnaround Time: Up to 2 weeks after order confirmation.
  • Edits & Updates: I reserve the right to edit or update the post in the future, including adding internal or external links when necessary.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 USD is required to begin the process.
  • Alternatively, full upfront payment is also welcomed to skip the deposit stage.
  • The final invoice will be sent via Zoho after the post is published (for deposit-based payments).
  • Payment due: within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • The link will remain nofollow until full payment is received.
  • If payment is overdue, I reserve the right to remove the link entirely.

Publishing Details

  • Stock photos with optimized alt tags will be used, and I will create up to 2 pinnable graphics for Pinterest.
  • The post will be published within 1 business day after full payment is received, and the live URL will be provided.

  • I reserve the right to remove the link if your website becomes inactive or violates any applicable content guidelines.
  • All posts may be updated periodically for relevance and SEO purposes.

Link Insertion Terms & Conditions (2026)

We accept link insertions in existing blog posts on my website as long as the link is relevant to my blog topics. Rates start at $60 USD per link, with the final price depending on several factors such as the post’s search engine ranking and audience popularity. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding:

General Terms

  • Inclusions: The base rate includes 1 dofollow link. Each additional dofollow link is $25 USD.
  • Link Policy: The link will initially be set as nofollow. It will be changed to dofollow within 1 business day after full payment is received.
  • Client Requirements: You will provide the anchor text and target URL.
  • Editorial Rights: I reserve the right to edit the anchor text to ensure it fits naturally within the context of the post.
  • Custom Writing: If the link requires more than 2 new sentences to be written for natural integration, an additional $15 USD custom writing fee will apply.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $15 USD is required to begin the process.
  • The final invoice will be issued once the link has been inserted (for deposit-based payments).
  • Payment due: immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
  • If payment is not received within 3 days, the link will be temporarily removed and reinstated after payment is completed.
  • After 7 days of non-payment, a $10 restoration fee will be added to the total amount due.
  • If payment is not received within 14 days, the invoice will be voided, and the client’s contact will be added to the blacklist.
  • Preferred payment method: Wise (PayPal payments incur a 5% transaction fee).

Publishing Details

Links will be placed naturally within the existing content to maintain relevance and readability.

The link insertion will be completed within 1 business day after payment is received (including the dofollow update).

Sidebar Advertisement Terms & Conditions (2026)

We accept periodical sidebar or footer advertisements on my website, available in the form of anchor text or image banners with a live link to your campaign. Rates start at $325 USD, with the final price determined based on the specific campaign requirements. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding:

General Terms

  • Pricing Factors: The final price may vary depending on:
    • The length of the advertisement period.
    • The type of product or service being promoted.
    • The size or format of the image, if applicable.
  • Ad Format:
    • Acceptable formats include anchor text or image-based ads (static or linked).
    • All ads must be relevant to the blog’s niche and audience.
  • Approval: All advertisements are subject to review before approval. Irrelevant or inappropriate content will be declined.

Payment Terms

  • Full upfront payment is required before the advertisement goes live.
  • Payment must be completed in full to confirm the campaign and reserve the placement slot.
  • Preferred payment method: Wise (PayPal payments incur a 5% transaction fee).

Publishing Details

  • The advertisement will be published within 1 business day after payment is received.
  • The campaign will run for the agreed-upon duration, as stated in the initial collaboration agreement.
  • Renewal: Advertisements are renewable at the end of the campaign period upon mutual agreement.

Additional Notes

  • I reserve the right to remove or decline ads promoting websites or services that become inactive, violate my content standards, or conflict with ongoing collaborations.
  • All advertising placements are subject to availability and approval at my discretion.
