- So, here’s the first 7 posts on What You Could Get In The City For $10!
- About World of Travel Forum
First of all, I would truly apologize for the fact that I haven’t posted anything in particular for quite some time since early February. I have been quite busy with the Invitation Tournament for Asian Games, not to mention that the internet connection at my place in Jakarta is so slow that I get super pissed off everytime I turn on the computer.
But anyway, now I’ve managed to actually go to some random cafe just so I could use their decent internet connection and announce something I’m longing to tell since my birthday earlier this month: I will have a guest post every week in the next few weeks to talk about what you could do in a particular city for $10!
I’m so glad that I got a chance to connect with some other travel bloggers for Facebook engagement with a group that we call World of Travel through a Whatsapp group that you can also join in if you’re interested. And these bloggers will be the one who will talk about what we could do in their city for what’s equal to $10.
What You Could Get In The City For $10!
The thing about $10 is that it could be so versatile in terms of the amount, it really depends on where you are and how high the living cost is in the particular city.
For example, what’s equal to $10 in Indonesia, that would be around IDR 140,000 and you could get a lot with that amount of money. You could actually buy some coffee and visit several museums around the Old Town in Jakarta. Even better, you could still have a few pennies left and come back home with satisfaction after a day-tour!
But then in some other cities with higher living cost, say maybe in Singapore, $10 isn’t even enough to enter the National Gallery so you need to be more creative on what you could do with it in the city-state where I mostly feel like singlepoor. 😛
Because of this idea, I decided to bring out this topic and collaborate with the guys from World of Travel to give some ideas on what they could get with $10. My purpose is quite simple, this is so we can help you give the ideas to fit your budget when you’re planning to travel in the city. 🙂
So, here’s the first 7 posts on What You Could Get In The City For $10!
After I finished my tasks on the Invitation Tournament, I’m so glad that I got my email inbox packed with the submission from those cool bloggers, and since I’m still dreading places, I decided to schedule each and every post on Wednesday, because come on… Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day. 😛
Anyway, so I’m really excited to inform you that I have the posts in line from these cool bloggers below as per the schedule below!

About World of Travel Forum
Initially, the group is used to increase facebook engagement as well as to support travel bloggers through tips sharing and all that. For this, we mainly use our Whatsapp group chat although we also have a facebook group that we don’t really use for engagement that often.
For any travel bloggers out there who are interested to join the club, you can click here to join and start engaging with others. If you’re interested to also collaborate for the $10 content, feel free to contact me directly.
Meanwhile, thank you and cheerio! 😀
