Watching Orangutans at Semenggoh Nature Reserve

Hello, everyone!

I’ve been procrastinating to continue my stories during Borneo trip for a lot of reasons. Somehow I’ve got the number of tasks in my job increased, and I think I’ve met my future husband. I know it sounds ridiculous, but seriously though. I think I have.

At first, I really wanted to have a nice and rather ‘fancy’ accommodations for the whole stay. You know, with elevator and everything. However, when I calculated the whole budget for 4 nights, the ‘fancy’ one would exceed my budget.

My other consideration is that I had to leave my big bag there for one night after I checked out, as I had to go to Bako. Before I made a booking, I dropped an email to some accommodation to confirm whether there’s any additional charge for luggage storage service.

Long story short, I ended up booking a room at Woodpecker Lodge in Kuching.
