May Day: Some International Workers Sharing Their Stories on International Workers’ Day

It’s May Day, so for those of you who could actually relate… Happy International Workers’ Day on the first of May! 😀

Anyway, I know some countries celebrate Labors’ Day on some other day, but in case you don’t know… May Day is dedicated to all workers. And it’s there to celebrate laborers and working class in general.

That’s why I initiated a collaboration with some fellow bloggers who are also workers with various backgrounds. With the world that is claimed as almost ‘borderless’ nowadays, so many workers have different stories about their job.

Some have to relocate and deal with culture shock for a bit. Some have to struggle with the art of commuting. Some probably have the luxury of working remotely with some different difficulties along the way too.

So, here I present you the stories of international workers on this very International Workers’ Day!

Paris or Barcelona: Which City is More Romantic?

You all know I’ve been writing and telling stories for such a long time. I like to share either my own experiences or general information that I feel could be useful for my readers.

Recently, I’ve met some friends from INSIDR.co and we’ve exchanged a lot of interesting information. A little information about INSIDR, they are a friendly startup based in Paris.

Their main goal is to make our travel experiences in Europe the best. They also offer a smartphone rental service where you can get recommendations and suggestions directly from the Parisian community! Now, I am going to share several pieces of information from INSIDR that I found interesting.

I’m pretty sure there must be at least one in probably two or three travelers that has Paris in their bucket list. Raise your hand if you’re one of them!

Now, you probably know that Paris is a city that is quite known for its glam long before the luxury Paris Saint Germain brought in the world of football. Long before PSG, we know Paris for the infamous Eiffel Tower. Maybe some of you would dream of a honeymoon in the city, where people claim to be one of the most romantic cities in the world.

Apart from everything, some broke peasants (i.e. good ol’ me) will find Paris as expensive. It’s like, to come over to the capital city of France, you probably need loads of money to spend for your travel.

Fascinating Things To Do Around France

Traveling surely is a challenging thing to do. But, before you jumped right into that challenge itself, there is another smaller challenge you have to surpass: making a plan for the trip itself.

However, this should never demotivate you as traveling these days is quite easier with so many resources out there. This time, I’m going to write a post on what to do around France and what’s there beyond just the capital city in Paris.
