Around The World With The Beauties! – (India) Coloressence Satin Smooth Highlighter Blusher & Vanaha Nature In A Box

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Namaste, everyone!

And pretty much like my greeting this time, on this month’s Around The World With The Beauties series, we’re gonna talk about a local beauty product from India.

If I usually cover 2 different products from 2 different bloggers, this time our contributor is just one. And it’s the one and only Neisha from Hale and Belle.

The products we’re gonna talk about here split into two brands. The first is Coloressence Satin Smooth Highlighter Blusher and Vanaha Nature In A Box.

So, if last month we talked about the Brit local beauty products due to the Royal Wedding, this month we’re gonna talk about its colonized country who is predicted to be the new superpower by 2020 due to their influence on the international stage nowadays.

Ready to get to know two of Indian local beauty products? After all, this is the country who has given us Aishwarya Rai and Bollywood in general.

What You Could Get In Singapore For $10 – Fill Your Tummy in Southeast Asia’s Most Expensive City!

Reading Time: 5 minutes

If you’re a frequent reader of my blog, I suppose you know one city-state that I’ve got a love-and-hate relationship with. Yup, Singapore it is!

You’re probably familiar with the nickname ‘singlepoor’ that I give to the city-state as it is the way Singapore makes me feel everytime I pay for a visit, be it for holiday or work. There are two airports in Southeast Asia that I cannot avoid when I travel around the region with budget airlines: SIN in Changi Airport, Singapore or KLIA/KLIA2 in Kuala Lumpur.

And frankly speaking, I would always focus on the flight through KLIA/KLIA2 for a transit as I consider it to be more budget-friendly for me. Being a price sensitive kind of traveler is hard, it’s especially harder when you have to deal with Indonesian Rupiahs as your main source of income.

From my point of view, $10 would get me far in Kuala Lumpur for a short overnight. But Singapore?! Not so much.

So, I’m glad that I got reconnected with Shi Hui from IreviewUread who has shared with us the Singaporean local beauty product Que Potion Lotion a few months ago. This time, instead of talking about beauty product, she will recommend how to spend your $10 USD in the city from a local point of view. So, off we go! 😀

The Ultimate Guide to When You Want to Start Earning Extra Income Through Blogging

Reading Time: 11 minutes

If you ask me whether I’m a full-time blogger or not, I’m conflicted to answer. In a way, I spend most of my time sitting in front of the computer and check what I can do with it to be more attractive to read. Be it regarding the content, or the layout. But then again, I barely could live solely from my blog.

So, this post is not exactly about how you could earn six-figure in a month from blogging because it’s not. This post is about how sometimes something could turn out alright when you least expected it to work even well enough.

My source of income is mainly from some remote works that I’ve got. I work as a freelance copywriter for some local Indonesian brands while I’ve also worked as Social Media Strategist for some local celebrity.

These jobs work well for me to at least pay my bills on time. But compared to my previous 9-to-5 job, it’s more than half of my usual income. And the only good thing is that I no longer have to pay for the rent as I now live in my parents’ house.

And one of the things that have turned out alright for me after I moved back in is this blog. Why? Because unexpectedly, this blog helps me to get some extra income every once in a while.
