Shitty Astrology: Zodiac Compatibility for Aquarius Girl (Based on True Story)

Reading Time: 13 minutes

Hello, strangers!

Just yesterday, one of the memories that Facebook showed me was a picture tagged by my ex-boyfriend on his birthday. It was exactly on his 28th birthday, 5 years ago. I mean, could you even relate how cringey it is to see what’s out there on your timeline years ago?!

I suppose he would have cringed so hard if he saw it too, especially now that he’s married. 😛

But anyway, I recently got this writer’s block situation ever since I came back from Jakarta a few days ago… But then thanks to this reminder Facebook gave me, now I’ve got an idea what to write here on this post after some time of blogging break.

And since it has something to do with birthday and my past relationship, given the fact I always checked out the zodiac compatibility before going out with someone… I got an idea to talk about something that is not based on science or astrology whatsoever. In fact, I’m not even gonna try to be a know-it-all when it comes to your horoscope.

However, since I’ve been a serial dater in the past few years… I just realized that the only astrology that I’ve never dated in a man is Aries. Being an Aquarius girl myself, it’s such a great loss since according to horoscope websites that I’ve checked out, Aries and Aquarius has one of the highest compatibility in terms of relationship.

Another Bucket List Checked: Kranji War Memorial, Singapore

Reading Time: 6 minutes

Still another post related to my last Singapore trip! 😀

As I mentioned earlier, if there was one place that I really wanted to visit in Singapore, then that would Kranji War Memorial.

The thing is, lately I always have this urge to visit the cemetery wherever I travel, especially if it’s a war cemetery… Why? Because I suppose that’s the best way to remind myself not to take life for granted. But other than that, there’s something that makes me want to visit the cemeteries even more.

It was when one time, I posted a pic I took at Taukkyan War Cemetery on Instagram. Another user randomly commented it telling me that her Grandpa is there. I was confused what she meant until she explained that her late Grandpa was a soldier for the British Army and died in Myanmar during World War 2.

She never got a chance to visit his grave in Taukkyan, but she got his block number and left it with me just in case I’m coming again for a visit. I was a bit emotional when I exchanged messages with her through Instagram DM.

Review: Beautycounter Rejuvenating Set Skincare & No. 3 Balancing Facial Mask

Reading Time: 6 minutes

Hi everyone! 😀

If you follow me on Instagram, perhaps you’re already familiar with Beautycounter as I’ve mentioned about it several times. So yessss, it’s about time to introduce you to this brand and the products through a complete review! 😉

I received the sample products from Crystal last month, but as I was also in the process to try on some new products from a local skincare, it took time for me to finally try out the Rejuvenating set skincare from Beautycounter that she sent me. As it turned out, the skincare that I tried out didn’t work so well on my skin and I had some breakout a few weeks ago from using it.

So after that, I decided to get back to the previous skincare set that I normally used just to neutralize the breakout before trying on the set from Beautycounter. Thank God it actually worked! 😀

And the reason why I finally tried the rejuvenating set recently was that as you probably know, I was traveling to Singapore last week. The sample size is so travel-friendly, so I figured that’d be easier to try on while traveling and so I did!
